
The working principle of the double-layer blown film machine is to extrude two layers of plastic at the same time to form a double-layer film. The process begins by feeding plastic resin pellets into the machine’s hopper. The pellets are then melted and forced through a circular die, where they are formed into a tubular shape.
As the tubular film is extruded, a second layer of plastic is introduced through a separate extruder and combined with the first layer to form a two-layer film. The two layers are then cooled and stretched to the desired thickness and width before being flattened and wound onto rolls for further processing or use.
The two-layer film-blowing machine is equipped with a control device to adjust the temperature, speed, and thickness of the film, and can accurately produce two-layer films with different properties and characteristics. The process can create films with specific barrier properties, strength, and other performance attributes.
