Applications: GPM HDPE/PP/PVC large diameter vertical type double-wall corrugated pipe machine is for producing the corrugated pipe used in civic water drainage and water sewage system.

Extruder: Can be special designed according to customer’s raw material. For HDPE we use the high efficiency single screw extruder, for PP/PVC we use big parallel twin-screw extruder or conical twin-extruder.
Corrugator and die: Corrugator and die are high precision, mould blocks are changeable easily. On-line belling. The complete line is controlled by Siemens controlling system which has high self control function. By changing the extruder and relevant components, this line can produce PVC ribbed pipe. Our corrugated machine have been widely use in China and overseas such as Vietnam, Iran, Turkey, Syria, Poland, Russia and etc.
